Why

Who
anyone; use very sparingly on very fine hair; good for thick, coarse, or dry hair

anytime; after Prep or Tonic Lotion, on its own or with other products to add texture and shine

How
Start with very small amounts and use as needed. Squeeze onto palm, work through damp hair with fingers to tousle and comb to sleek.

Brilliantine + Styling Creme mixed in= hold and drier texture

Brilliantine + a drop of Defrizz mixed in= higher shine, humidity-proofing
